Inside Out: Arlo’s Heated Pavilion & Courtyard

Modern indoor pavilion at Arlo Apartments featuring a long dining table, rattan lounge seating, geometric tile floors, exposed wood ceiling beams, fireplace, and glass garage-style doors that open to the courtyard patio.

    Where Cozy Meets Community

One of our apartment building's most unique features, Arlo's expansive pavilion and courtyard area is a year-round gathering spot that ingeniously blurs the line between indoor comfort and outdoor connection.

    Stylish Indoor Pavilion

Inside, the pavilion combines warmth and style with a modern, organic aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows and retractable doorwalls open fully to the courtyard, while the dark shiplap walls, exposed wood beams, and patterned tile floors lend a contemporary Northwest feel. A wood-burning-style fireplace anchors the lounge area, surrounded by woven rattan seating, sculptural chairs, and curated art pieces that add personality and texture. Overhead, luxe pendant and task lighting balance the natural glow from outside, creating a cozy, design-forward space that’s equally suited to a morning coffee, casual get-together, or small group event. The long dining table nearby makes the pavilion ideal for shared meals, work sessions, or evenings that stretch from indoors to out.

    Landscaped Outdoor Courtyard

Stepping outside, the courtyard extends the experience with a series of inviting zones. A pergola with string lights defines the main gathering area, complete with café tables and open-air seating for al fresco dining. Just beyond, you'll find groups of Adirondack chairs and modern fire pits set on turf, framed by layered plantings and raised garden beds. Stainless steel grills and a spacious prep counter make outdoor cooking easy, while the heated courtyard ensures it all stays comfortable well into the cooler months. It’s a social, flexible retreat designed for everything from solo downtime to lively evenings with friends.
